Launch of the Liberal Democrats Friends of Sri Lanka.

Sinhalese and Tamil Liberal Democrats at the launch of the Liberal Democrats Friends of Sri Lanka, on the 14 May at the House of Commons. Launch chaired by Lord Navnit Dholakia Past President of Liberal Democrats. Lib Dem Shadow Foreign Secretary, Ed Davey, Party President Simon Hughes, and MPs Andrew George, Don Foster and Tom Brake were also present.

This was arranged by Dai Liyanage a former Mayor of Medway. Cllr Yogan Yoganathan a former Mayor of Kingston. Lakhi Liyanage, and Meral Ece Chair of the Ethnic Minority Lib Dems and several others were present.
